    I called in to find out why my MacBook was sending video at 30hz instead of 60hz... The lady who answered the phone (after waiting a while) had to have me read her the URL's for the apple support documents I'd already found so that she could read them herself, because she didn't know what was going on. I'll never spend the money on AppleCare again. Ever. This whole thing is starting to make me want to try PC again.

    Happy to have this as it gives great assurance of my product being protected. Thankfully I have not needed to use it. It may seem pricy but it is important to have when you have made a big purchase for an apple product.
