    Apple Care is something I always add to my Apple/Mac purchase. It has come in handy a few times and paid for itself each time that I actually hadcti use this Apple “insurance.”

    Very happy that I bought the three-year plan, but the incompetence of the geek squad at Best Buy could not find it on my account.

    Granted I usually keep my laptops longer than 3 yrs, the 1st 3 are most crucial as far as cost and value. After 3 yrs, things don't seem to be AS important if anything were to go wrong. For a large priced item, worth it.
