Apple Care Dispute

I was never asked or told about a monthly service charging my account!!! They've been charging my account and I had no clue and it got reported as a debt to my credit bureau and I'm p'd off !!!!!!

Misleading

Got a replacement card and found out the whole time I been getting charged from best buy directly instead of through my service provider or through apple. My phone needs service now but I lack coverage because they canceled my coverage because my new card wasn't updated on best buy and they canceled it
