My iPhone 11's screen was damaged when I tripped and fell while going for a run. Apple Care had replaced the screen within an hour of arriving at the Apple Store downtown.

Worked out very well for us especially with the kids. I would recommend to anyone if they are purchasing an apple product for kids under the age of 15. Why 15.. they still have there faults too.

Worth its weight in gold. This plan covers your phone in case of Theft and/or Loss - and I managed to lose my phone after nine months. Thank god I had this plan!!

I like paying monthly for phone insurance, instead of a one time payment that expires after one or two years. The monthly insurance will last for the lifetime of the phone.

Love Best Buy apple care plan. Feel it’s a must have. When ever we have any issues it gets taken care of. So far haven’t came out of pocket for anything

Apple Care is a must because I’ve broke, lost and damaged the hell out of several iPhones in the past and apple care has been a life saver at times.

I always buy Applecare for any phone I buy. I like that Best Buy offers a $14.99 month for Apple care. It’s a lot easier to transfer over to my next phone.

The only reason I get this is to satisfy the wife. She insists on the Apple protection instead what my phone service provider provides. It is more expensive for nothing more.

Okay, so you bought a nice iPhone. Do the right thing and get the extended warranty. You can thank me later.

Always get the apple care! It’s only $4 bucks and they back you on almost everything! Highly recommended!

I usually get this now to extend the coverage for an additional two years past the one year coverage included.
