I have already use this plan because I forgot my password and had to have the phone wiped out and my information re-loaded. I like the having insurance so I don't have to worry about damage or theft. And being able to go into Best Buy and having them fix or help me with any issues I may have. Great plan.

This is a perfect insurance for an 18 year olds phone. I also got the same AppleCare protection for my daughters iPhone. Luckily it hasn’t been used yet for either but a small price to pay knowing in case anything should happen it is available to us.

If you’re going to purchase a device I highly recommend you buy some form of extended protection. You never know what could happen and warranty claims are much cheaper than replacing it yourself out of pocket.

When getting a new iPhone it’s a no brainer to purchase Apple Care. Thank goodness we’ve never had to use it but it’s good knowing that our devices are covered if we ever need it.

Wrote a review on another plan for an old phone and gave it one star. It is worth the cost if it’s lost, stolen or damaged but good luck trying to cancel it when you don’t want it, need it or added it to another phone instead. I call my service provider and they say to talk to Apple, call Apple and they say call the 3rd party, Best Buy, call Best Buy and they say to call provider….talked to 8 people that day and I don’t think it’s cancelled yet

A gift for Christmas for my daughter. She loves her new phone. Well worth the money.

With this purchase for my IPhone, if I have any problems Apple will fix or replace my cell phone. This is the right type of insurance to have. Who else will replace a stolen phone.

I would not buy a phone without some type of insurance- thanks Best Buy for insurance availability.

Fortunately I haven’t had to use the Apple Care. However based on past experiences I have no doubt it’s worth the money!

Pretty good option for insurance just in case you were to lose the phone or have it stolen

So far I did not have to use this plan. It provides peace of mind if in fact the phone is lost or stolen.

No worries knowing my I phone is fully protected from loss or theft.

Buy it, because you will definitely need! So glad decided to make this purchase.

Christian IPhone protection plan, always good to have a protection plan

Always a must when you purchase any apple products. If you don’t do it you will wish you had purchased it.

I chose Apple care for this phone purchase because Apple will send you a new phone if you lose or break it vs a refurbished phone from asurian. And it’s less money each month.

I absolutely love my new Apple iPhone 12 (purple). The only problem is that I wish it would have come in the larger size
