The best headphones I’ve ever owned!

I love the automatic switching between devices. It’s seamless. The spatial audio is next level. I had to take them off several times because it didn’t even seem like I was wearing headphones. Not to mention transparency mode!! Bar none, the best over ear headphones I’ve ever owned!

Insurance when you need help.

If you need help with your device (especially a computer) and you are locked out, the service representative will help you get back in to it and working again. They will instruct you to use the system commands to recover and these instructions are not published. I lost my password and they walked me through the entire process of recovery. I would have been lost without them.

Invest in Apple Care

I always purchase Apple care just in case. I used Apple Care when I had an issue with my Mac computer. It was taken care of locally by a certified Apple technician.Apple products are expensive and if I had not had Apple Care I would have had to invest in a new computer
