Cover most of the problems… no issues O nomally love my Apple products I just no give 5

The team is always there just as one should expect. Once I had an issue at 11:30 pm due to me being unfamiliar with the operating system. The apple care team member dissected my system from the type device, the year it was produced what operating system and the level of upgrades it had. He asked for my permission to call me back with the solution due to the research he needed to do he didn’t want me to be on hold. He promised he call back within the hour with the results of his findings or a solution. 12:15 am he called with the solution. Text later to make certain all was well.

Best protection available. Being a Total Rewards Member makes it great. AppleCare is included and gives us peace of mind for our purchases.

They replaced the screen and it looks as good as new!

Extremely helpful to have incase of incidents and is beneficial to have extra coverage incase of accidents as a current graduate student.
