    Entire experience, from initiating the request to having my fully repaired MacBook back in hand, took less than a week. This quick turnaround minimized my downtime and allowed me to get back to work swiftly

    My husband and I love the fact that we get AppleCare+ when we purchase Apple products using our Best Buy membership.

    I was tricked into buying best buy total by an employee who lied about what it was when purchasing my new macbook. She told me I could pay for this once as a $16 payment and then cancel when I got home and my applecare would still be there, which is not true. Then when I called customer service to ask for help being that I did NOT want to have a subscription and would’ve rather paid the $400 for a four year applecare, customer service told me they couldn’t help me. Another bonus is that the applecare i’m stuck with now is only a 2 year protection plan, when i told the employee “helping”me that I wanted a 4 year plan. She told me it was, but it is not. 2 year plan AND a new subscription to keep that plan? Yeah I’m not happy. Macbook is perfect of course. Just unhappy with employee that lied about what I was purchasing.
