I recently purchased AppleCare+ for my new MacBook Air, and I’m glad I did. The MacBook Air is a big investment, and AppleCare+ gives me peace of mind that I’m protected if something goes wrong. The coverage includes up to two accidental damage incidents every 12 months (with a service fee that’s much cheaper than paying out of pocket), extended hardware warranty, and priority access to Apple support. What stands out the most is the convenience. If I have an issue, I can take my laptop to any Apple Store or authorized service provider, and it gets fixed quickly. The support team is knowledgeable, and I like that I can also get help online or over the phone whenever I need it. For me, the biggest benefit is knowing that if I drop my MacBook or spill something on it, I won’t be stuck with a massive repair bill. The added battery coverage is another plus since batteries wear down over time. It feels like an affordable insurance policy for a premium device. Overall, AppleCare+ gives me confidence that my MacBook Air is protected long-term, and I highly recommend it to anyone buying a new MacBook. The peace of mind alone makes it worth it.

I have a layer of security knowing I can reach out to an Apple Professional for help when I need. Being able to get my issues solved helps me be productive. I would recommend have this to any one using Apple Products that need assistance.

AppleCare+ is well worth the investment. Over my many years owning Apple products, I’ve had to use the protection three times. Each time, it was very easy to get a replacement for my item, whether an iPad or an iPhone. It’s a very smart investment, and it is quite easy to make your claim, unlike other “warranties”.

I’ve had AppleCare for over 5 years and I am completely satisfied with their technician. When I’ve called AppleCare technician always answers the phone, gives helps patiently and stays with me until the issue is solved or I’m satisfied.
