I told them to remove the doors of the refrigerators and they did’nt. Result- scratched front door!

They scratched my wall and denied my property damage claim

Did not take the other unit to haul away or ask about it.

Unfortunate.\n Ly the truck was unmarked.\n The workers I don't believe had Best Buy outfits.\n But they did get, did get the refrigerator in the house and hold off the old one.

I love the oven microwave combo Not too happy about the $275 plastic electrical box. They said I had to put in or reschedule

The gentlemen that took my old TV away were the sweetest, kindest men ever!!! They answered all of my technical questions regarding my new purchase of my Toshiba Fire TV. Just disappointed that I had to pay $50 for hauling my old TV away when I was told over the phone when I purchased the new TV the the fee was included for the haul away. So I have canceled my Geek Squad subscription. Just not the company it used to be.

Dryer was removed and hauled away efficently, but they said they were unable to hook up the new dryer.

I absolutely love my new GE Profile washing machine. My “huge” loads from the past barely make a quarter load. I do have to say that it came with a dent, which they said that they were going to send me a $50 gift card as compensation, which I never got. And they did deliver the wrong machine. But they left the one with the agitator for me to use while the reordered mine. But I fell in love with this one so I kept it.

Service crew was 5 star! They were efficient and very careful not to damage my property in anyway, When they tried to install the new unit, the electrical outlet would have been blocked by the fridge and not allowed proper installation. I'm pretty handy and told them if they gave me 20 minutes, I could relocate it. Instead of rescheduling they found things to do to set up the rest of their route and gave me that time. The fridge slipped in perfectly!

They arrived in the window and called when they were on their way. We had them walk around the house and enter through the sliding doors. This was an ease walk in for them and had old bath towels on the floor so they didn't need to remove snow covered shoes. Only negative, the email from the office was not very friendly and was in all CAPS. I returned a call but did not hear back.

Your sales employee made buying a major appliance a pleasant experience. He was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. The haul away was convenient and taken care of. The installation crew on the other hand was miserable. The installers were in such a hurry that they left me with the new fridge in my garage. I had to get my handman to set things up properly.

Neat and courteous crew of two. They installed the dishwasher and suggested trouble shooting why the water ran into the sink from the air gap. I paid $80 for them to change the air gap. Helpful. But still didn’t correct the issue. They suggested I get a plumber to look at it. The plumber took care of it fine.

I am giving this a 5 because of second haul away guy Bryan. He was super and very professional. However,the person who delivered my refrigerator did not hook up new one and said he could not take old one at that time. I understood that part-BUT,he cancelled my haul away without me knowing so I had to wait a week with both ref.in my kitchen before They could come and haul old one out.Delivery person was kind of rude-but second guy Bryan made up for it.

I used the haul-away service when I purchased a new refrigerator, and the process was seamless from start to finish. The delivery team was punctual and professional. They carefully removed my old appliance without damaging the floors or walls and made sure to double-check that nothing was left behind. The whole process took less than 15 minutes. They were efficient, courteous, and respectful of my home. It was such a relief not to have to figure out how to dispose of the old unit myself. If you're replacing an old appliance, I highly recommend adding the haul-away option—it’s one less thing to worry about, and totally worth the cost.

Crews come in hit-or-miss personalities. Well, this crew, who came along with delivering my new fridge, was just very helpful along with being friendly and funny. They were careful in entering and exiting, and I couldn't have asked for better service.

The technicians were prompt and cleaned up the area behind and under my old appliance before installing the new dishwasher. I was very pleased with the whole process. They then carried out the old and took it away so that I didn't need to find someone to come and get it. Thank you for making the whole process a great one and I will surely use the service again if needed.

Great job! We were worried about how’d we get that huge front loader washer out of our house especially since it was broken and held water in the drum. The haul away crew did it seamlessly and with easy. Absolutely no damage or mess on my floor or walls.

Recommending is a toughie. The guys were nice. The washer acted up immediately. They had to come back. Great on the washer Haul a way service. If you can pick it up, take it home and hook it up. Do it! Waiting on other people especially during the holidays, you could be asking to get irritated. Other wise the guys were nice and we got it.
