Smooth Move

Note: if you are a total tech member, this service is free....I was told it was $39.99, $52.99 and $199 by various agents. But for the physical move, the geek squad took their time, they were careful and moved it without any issues.

He promised to come back after 20 mins and did not return. He cancelled the delivery without letting us know. The 2 delivery guys I would highly recommend.

Best two man crew

After the purchase of a new refrigerator, we had to find a place for our old one, which happened to be down a long narrow set of steps to the basement. The men hired by Best Buy were amazing at relocating the old and installing the new refrigerator purchased. No dings, scratches or damage to the floor or walls. Excellent team that not only worked hard, but also understood the importance of exceptional customer service! Thank you!

Techs with patience and smiles

The older one was moved to our bedroom. For being on an external antenna it works very well. The installers pulled up the available channels and later added a Roko to allow for streaming services. I couldn't be happier with the techs and their services. Such patience to explain too!

Moving in SAME building

They had neither! Paid a Lott of money for this service! They would not hook up over items that were previously purchased. Sound bar & blu ray player, or to connect to Spectrum. I can understand that. They could at least hooked up the items that were was originally purchased from Best Buy
