Great Service

They then set up the new machine quickly. Before I knew it they had everything taken care of and were on their way to the next appointment.

The previous scheduled delivery was cancelled due to weather, according to the email, but the message sent was that the item was not in stock. I cancelled and looked to buy it somewhere else, but it showed as available at Best Buy again. When I called to check it went on sale, so all is well that ends well.

Worst delivery workers and lazy

Very lazy and refused to do the job. They also didn't speak English (we are in America) and couldn't communicate. They left without doing the work I paid for. Horrible experience and very argumentative with little English
