The delivery people were great. They delivered my item with no problem.

The delivery crew could not relocate our old refrigerator to the basement on the day they delivered the new appliances, so returned a few days later to do this. We needed to remove the doors to get thru doorway's and they were able to return after this was done

As stated in other reviews for Best Buy service - every delivery I have had with them - no matter where I've lived - has been great. Employees are professional & courteous!

The installers had a great attitude and were happy to move the old appliance to our garage. This service was covered because of a Total Teck Support I have with Best Buy....so this was an added bonus!

I always use Best Buy for appliance purchases. They deliver, they are courteous and professional. They call before coming to let you know when to expect them. I have never had a problem with the delivery service!

Although we had noted on our delivery paperwork that our existing fridge was to be moved to the garage, these men treated our home, our new refrigerator as well as old as if they belonged to them. They were incredibly professional as well as considerate.

I would give this 0 stars if possible. This has been the worst customer service experience I have encountered in my entire life. First, the delivery team dropped my brand new refrigerator off my front step, destroying it. Then they LIED about it so they would not have to pay for it out of pocket for damaging my purchase. They NEVER communicated to Best Buy that I did not receive what I paid for, so it then took me 2 days of my precious time, and being transferred to multiple Geek Squad agents to reach someone to inform them. They had no idea the Delivery Team left the broken refrigerator in my garage and left me with no working refrigerator in my home with 3 small children. I was told the "replacement" was on back order and could not be provided for 2 months!!!!!!! Desparate for a working refrigerator, the agent attempted to get the broken refrigerator installed as a temporary solution. The next install appointment was a WEEK later. We wait a week, I receive a call from the Delivery company at 530pm that the crew is running behind but will be there. Well, they NEVER CAME. The did not show up or call again!!!!!!!!! Again, I spend an entire day on hold with Customer Service, furious, only to be told they have no record of that happening. AGAIN, we attempt to get the BROKEN refrigerator installed - this time, I have to wait 4 more days for an appointment. THEY NO CALL NO SHOW ON ME AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Every explitive in the book cannot express my anger. I cancelled this refrigerator. And guest what??? Yup! Best Buy sure did show up to pick up the broken refrigerator in my garage, early and with no issues. 43 days later I am STILL FIGHTING WITH BEST BUY FOR MY MONEY BACK!!!! This is an atrocity and I will NEVER EVER purchase another item from this company ever again!
