Nothing really to write other than it was needed for my order on a new washing machine. No complaints.

We wanted our old fridge moved to the garage for extra cold storage. The guys moved it to the new spot pretty quickly. We'd be lost without the extra fridge and freezer space.

Best Buy completely botched the delivery and smart wifi connection on three kitchen appliances. Horrible customer service! They were not going to deliver the dishwasher even though they had it in stock on the day of my delivery. Best Buy said they did not have it until I complained. First they said on the phone the day of the delivery, "its first come first serve." Well, I paid for it over 5 weeks ago". Suddenly it turned up. They delivered it several hours late and the delivery guy comained to me multiple times that "he was not happy about this" as he had to go back at the end of his day to pick it up and deliver it. The customer service people do not listen and hang up on you. I've spent over $5500 on appliances here. In the store, they guys were great. After that, its all offshore people who made a huge mess, hang up and cold transfer when they do not want to fix difficult issues that Best Buy created! When I tried to get Geek Squad support, it was no where to be found. When I called and asked, "can you tell me what your installed yesterday" they said no, it looks like its still on order". Michael set up return orders and initiated refunds when I am not returning anything. I will never shop here again and will most likely initiate a law suit if not compensated. (Reps in the last 24 hrs, almost an entire business day in phone calls: David, Jade, Jasmine, Michael, Evelyn, Kristina)

friendly service, careful relocation so nothing gets scratched or damaged

Workers refused to install the stackable washer and dryer. They installed the washer. They left the dryer in the middle of the room. I am talking about them lifting it up and screwing in stackable lit. I understand in NY they cannot install gas. I was aware of that but I wanted them to lift the dryer up ans stack it. Waste of time. No one called me back I called best buy multiple times. They keep telling me a supervisor will call and nothing. I will never purchase anything from best buy again

The refrigerator (Samsung) that broke down in our home was picked up and relocated with ease. Reliable service. I recommend this service.

Best buy was able to relocate my old stove to the basement. Quick and safely. No damage and they was able to do it at a reasonable price.

The installation crew was fabulous! They are very clean at what they do for all installs!

The delivery people would not relocate my refrigerator. They said they were ok removing the doors so it would fit through doors to haul it away. But to relocate it, they would have to put the doors back on and they would not do that. When I made this purchase at a Best Buy store, I talked over all these details and they said 'no problem', but when the deliver company came, they said 'yes problem'.

Excellent service. The were quick, efficient, and kind. They moved out old refrigerator to our garage for us.
