No complaints, guys came in and moved my old refrigerator out no problems what so ever.

When purchasing the move of my products to the basement, I was not informed by the seller at the store, nor was it communicated within the paperwork, that the doors of my fridge needed to be removed, in order for the move to take place. Upon arrival the team, who I later found out was a third party vendor, was extremely rude informing me "Do you want your fridge or not", referring to the appliance that I purchased and that "I cant move that and you can talk to Best Buy". When speaking with the customer service agent, they were also not accommodating to the fact that they did not inform me of the fact that the doors needed to be removed, and once again referenced that it was also not included within their paperwork that was provided. Therefore, it did not seem reasonable to have to reschedule an appointment and for me to call out of work again to wait for this service to be completed when if it was effectively communicated verbally and in the paperwork provided that at least customers could be informed and prepare accordingly. Furthermore, the team that worked with me was horrid. My local Best Buy team worked with me to remedy the situation and apologized on behalf of the situation that occurred and feel good about continuing to utilize their expertise, however, the third party vendor who delivers are absolutely horrible and would recommend that they not be utilized as they did not have the same level of customer service that is provided by their Best Buy employees.
