    I purchased a refrigerator on Black Friday and was told that it would be delivered that following Saturday. Saturday came and the wrong refrigerator was delivered it was broken and dented i told the delivery men that this was not the refrigerator I purchased and they smiled and stated “well do you want to keep it” I immediately called the customer service and was rescheduled twice without noticed no one showed it is over two weeks and my family and I are still without a refrigerator. This has been a terrible experience and I will now be canceling this order and spending my miney else where. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing or doing business with this company.

    I coughed up extra money for this service, which should have been included with the installation. All they had to do was move it to the basement, which is accessible by the elevator across from my door. Instead, this is a 3rd party bunch of nonsense that means you not only have to wait for the installers, you have to wait for these take-away guys. TAKE-AWAY NEVER SHOWED. All Best Buy would do was refund the money. That did not begin to pay for the chiropractic sessions I had to do, after injuring myself trying to shove the old air conditioner to the elevator. A neighbor saw me and helped or I don't know what would have happened. It was several months ago and it still makes me very angry.
