Disappointing service from Bestbuy

When i reported this issue very rude customer service and even after 2 weeks past not technician came to fix. We are still waiting to get this fixed.

Appliance Installation Service Needs Improvement

We are having problems opening and closiung the door. It rubs at the bottom. The owner's manual says it needs to be leveled. Would need a recall on this.
