when i check the status of my order Task was completed. it's Horrible because nobody even came into our house what's going on

My husband triple checked measurements made sure nothing was in the way. Delivery personnel brought old refrigerator outside and left it in the driveway. We were told the refrigerator would not fit. They never even attempted to relocate the refrigerator. My husband ended up relocating it by himself. Best Buy never followed up with regarding the issue. One of the guys was extremely rude and condescending. Not a good experience. Wouldn’t recommend unless absolutely necessary

I paid to have the old fridge moved to the garage. They wouldn't do it because the fridge doors had to be removed to fit out the kitchen door. Ridiculous, since if I had paid the same amount to have Best Buy simply take it away, they would have removed the doors. They told me I would have to remove the doors myself, and I would have to shedule a re-delivery a for few days later.

the two guys that came to my home were the worst two movers i ever meet, got into it with them cause they would not move the item to my basement after i paid to have it moved there, then they said that they were going to take it back to the store and its my problem, then i talked them into leaving it in my dining room, had to get two friends to move it to the basement took them less than a 1/2 hour,best buy gave me my money back that i paid to have it moved and gave me a 50 best buy card, still not worth it, never again

My old refrigerator had to be taken out for the new one and I asked that it be put in the garage. I was charged $15 to have this done. Not happy about the extra charge for an easy task. Easier than putting on their truck.

I am amazed service man tried to get me to sign off on them relocating fridge after I did it myself. I understand they where at house longer then they expected. This was because they couldn’t figure out how to reverse door. I moved old unit myself as the original delivery time was 8 to12 then email said 10 to noon. At noon I started pulling old fridge apart, a friend of mine stopped by and volunteered to help move. I was late getting to work as I ended up waiting on installers.

Did not see on the work order to move old frig to garage, there were 3 guys and yet enough clearance at least 3 inches, to take thru front door, yet scratched the door frame and frig handles , couldn’t seem to handle a dolly properly, dropped it in the garage with a loud bang I thought it was dropped. When pushing new frig, could have used cardboard to go sideways, but scooched it, not happy, that machine was 3,000$ , seriously disappointing in delivery.

Somebody has been setting the status on complete without doing the job. Nobody showed up on that day. We waited the whole day for the relocation. Was calling the helpdesk after lunch. It was prommised to us to send someone out same evening. The fridge is still in the middle of our kitchen. What a waste of our time.

I paid to have my current refrigerator relocated but in order to relocate it the movers would need to go through the outside since it would not fit through my interior doors. The movers told me that the service was to relocate inside a home and could not go outside with the old refrigerator. I was moving it into a walk out basement but the fridge was too wide to fit through my interior doors. It would fit through the outside doors. So they did not relocate it. I wish someone had told me that before I paid for the service.

Terrible experience with the delivery company after waiting 2 1/2 months for the product to come in. We paid for a relocation of our existing refrigerator, the delivery guys began to remove the doors on the unit to move it to the basement and said it would take too long, they are not going to do it. We cancelled the order due to this experience.

After waiting 3 1/2 months for delivery,Best Buy failed to deliver new refrigerator on two separate occasions with varying lame excuses. Delivery team arrived today but without instructions to place fridge in house or haul away the old one. Three wasted days. New fridge is sitting in box in the garage.

Annoying that you spend so much money on new appliances and then they charge to get rid of the old ones.

They took it out of the house and dropped it in the garage. I wanted them to take it to a room in the garage. All they had to do was remove the door to that room and place the old refrigerator there. They said they were in a hurry and could not do that. What did I pay for?

After rescheduling 4 times with crew either not showing up, calling ahead of time or bringing a crew that could move the refrigerator up a flight of stairs - we cancelled the order and returned the refrigerator! Ugh! What horrible service! I'm so disappointed with Best Buys service provider. This reflects poorly on Best Buy!

First of all this was supposed to be haul away. The sales person did not input my request as requested.

I asked to move my former freezer to the garage but it was too hard to ask. The delivery man asked extra money and I paid.

I'd give 0 star if i can give 0. Geek squard never called for remind me and never came to relocate washer to proper location. When I called Best Buy they kept reschedule. It has been rescheduled 4 times and nothing happened. When I reached out to BBY via facebook, Geek squard cancelled without any explanation.

The delivery drivers did not relocate my old refrigerator as requested. They were not allowed to remove the doors so it would fit out the door into the garage. They also did not install the new refrigerator. They left it in the box in the garage. This is very poor customer service and I was completely dissatisfied.

The delivery company that was supposed to do this showed up on the original date and blatantly just said “we can’t do that” and took our new washer and dryer back with them, my 64 year old father I and ended up moving them and I hurt my back in the process, Best Buy customer service was great rectifying the situation in the end.

We purchased this Kitchenaid 5 door refrigerator as an open box item, however when it was installed I noticed that the doors would not align nor seal properly, our installation team was kind enough to document this with photos. We require an immediate replacement
