No matter what you're told, they will not disconnect water lines or remove the doors on the old fridge to get it out of the house. Paid extra for a service I did not get. Thankfully, customer service gave me a refund.

Had to cancel all appliances after a month of waiting for in stock items. Terrible expert design in home service!

They came in and delivered the new dishwasher, I had asked ahead of time if the would move the old dishwasher to the garage. No problem, best buy charged me $15 to do this. So the guy tells me we don't do that even though it's onThe paperwork. I would expect this from home depot, not best buy.

They never did it. Had me doit myself and called the dispatch to say they did it. Told me theyll doit after we tell dispatch they mived the fridge to the garage

They didn’t relocate anything, so I’m pretty sure that deserves less than 1 star. They didn’t relocate anything because the product they delivered did not fit!

terrible, installers were too lazy to move the fridge to the basement. just left it in the garage. had to ask for relocation twice to get it right

I will not do business with Best Buy again, which considers it normal for the delivery team to come to the house to curse and fight the master working at home.

Never happened. Had to ask for money back. Extremely disappointing. I dont recommend.

$30 to take my old fridge down one flight...didn't even request you take it away since I sold it. Don't be so greedy, prorate it please.

The associates that came would not move my fridge to the basement even though they easily could have. They just said nope cant do it and wouldnt listen to anything I said

They left new fridge outside. Nearly ran my husband down with the truck. My husband moved the old fridge downstairs by himself with no equipment. My husband moved new fridge indoors and installed it.

I am still waiting for my old fridge to be hauled away.....1 month later after purchasing new.Disappointed in this service and probably won't be purchasing appliances from best buy again.

The drivers never relocated unit and left it on outside of area claiming it would be too difficult to do. My son and his brother did it the next day.

Delivery people would not take off doors to relocate. Insisted i do it. And over 200 dollars food spoiled because my new fridge was not installed till the following week.

These guys they got were trash, should have never even let them in my house. They argued about how I didn’t pay for this service which I did.

Installers damaged hardwood floor. After submitting a claim, am still awaiting a response over a month later. I would not purchase a large appliance again from Best Buy if the same installation company is being used.

Store “lost” my purchase and I went to purchase at a competitor store.

They said they would not install the old range that they moved to a new location. even though I purchased a installation kit and installation services they would not install.
