Paid for a service I didn't receive.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had already gone 2 weeks without a washing machine and the deliverymen refused to bring the new one through the back door and down a (short)flight of stairs because our hatchway is too small. I was never told they won't install unless they can use the hatchway but that was the excuse they gave before abandoning the job. They also dropped the old washing machine in the middle of our house(I paid for them to remove and recycle it) and had to be forced to move it onto our deck. I wound up having to hunt down two neighbors to move and help install the washer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
