The "geek squad" installation techs relocated our old refrigerator unit over in to out meeting room - rental hall area where it to be used ocassionally for special events. It was moved / relocated to the other area without any problems.

The deliverymen were courteous and extremely careful relocating my old very heavy stove to the basement. They went out of their way not to damage my walls or doors. These guys were stellar.

Yes, I paid the money to have the Best Buy folks move my old fridge from the kitchen to the garage. Yes, they did a great job and YES it was worth it!! I didn't have to rent a dolly or mess up my old fridge. I came home, it was done, it was where I wanted it, and it still worked. I'd say that's a victory!!!

My appliance delivery/installation earlier this week had issues - they didn't put the washer on the truck, didn't install the dryer, and tried to leave the appliances in the garage. So I was not expecting good service but luckily the team that came today were really efficient and professional. They moved the very heavy old fridge down a flight of stairs and put everything back together before they left.

The men did a great job delivering and hooking washer and dryer up. Very careful and professional. No damage, no mistakes, perfect installation. Great team. Highly recommended.

While they moved the appliances they placed them in front of my garbage dumpster so i had to tell them to relocate so I'd be able to move it on garbage day. They also scratched my dryer while moving it in.

Very friendly delivery people relocated my old working washer to area in my garage for my niece to pickup. My washer still works and I gave it to my niece who washer is Waring out as she has four young children.

I wasn’t impress with the fact that Best Buy charges you to relocate your old appliance. However, the Geek Squad team did a great job with locating our old refrigerator.

The delivery and installation crew were already great people, and this simple process was cakewalk. Couldn't have asked for better staff members.

The installation guys really knew what they were doing. They had to remove the door to the garage. Cleaned up all the debris. They installed the fridge and were gone within 45 min.

We have had this service done every time we buy new major appliances. It is hassle free and it’s just something you don’t have to worry about from the minute the new item comes to your house. They move your old unit to wherever you want and the new one gets out in to your location with a simple install also.
