My fridge was successfully moved from my kitchen to the garage. Although I had some disappointing issues with the new fridge install, the old fridge relocation went fine.

The guys were great and moved the old dryer exactly where we wanted it!!

The installation guys really knew what they were doing. They had to remove the door to the garage. Cleaned up all the debris. They installed the fridge and were gone within 45 min.

They move your old unit to wherever you want and the new one gets out in to your location with a simple install also.

The delivery team was great. Proficient and tidy! The two men handling my service knew what had to be done, examined the space limitations and graciously thanked me for following all the prep instructions to make their job easier! I appreciated them so much for acknowledging my efforts to get ready for them.

Worked weeks in advance to make sure Geek Squad had info & COI for building. They had neither! Paid a Lott of money for this service! They would not hook up over items that were previously purchased. Sound bar & blu ray player, or to connect to Spectrum. I can understand that. They could at least hooked up the items that were was originally purchased from Best Buy

In home delivery and set up for a LG Refrigerator.

We needed the refrigerator located to our daylight basement area. They ended up taking it outside and in the downstairs slider and were able to avoid negotiating the stairs. They completed the move efficiently and quickly.

The men from Best Buy who delivered our new Whirlpool refrigerator were all professional and efficient. They first removed the old one to the garage. Then they reversed the door's swings before carrying the new one into the house, placing it where the old one was. They connected the water line to it for the ice maker to be installed later. A job well done!

Best Buy was able to set up for the installation crew to take our existing refrigerator and relocate it to our garage. They the took away the broken refrigerator in the garage. Overall a great service to offer customers!

Technicians were knowledgeable and careful about handling of all products.
