Refrigerator installers were very helpful in moving our existing refrigerator.

I like everything about the Insignia fridge/freezer. The layout is very good. Easy to access items. I’m handicapped so that’s important. I am impressed with the digital readout for temperature when the door are open.

They actually Professionally move our appliance to another spot in your home. In our case; they move it to our garage.

I would recommend this service for the relocation and removal of refrigerators. The two service/delivery men were very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. It was the second day on the job for one and he was very courteous.

They relocated my fridge to the basement which was helpful, but they refused to take it through the final doorway because they needed to take the handle off. I did this myself and pushed the fridge through the doorway and into place which took me about 5 minutes by myself. Best Buy’s “free” installations and relocations just aren’t actually free or full services since any obstacle at all will result in either extra charges or leaving you unexpectedly with the job half done.

What can I say, they moved this and I didn't have to do it. No complaints here. Best buy does pretty good here.

I was very impressed with the care and professionalism of the two gentleman who relocated our old fridge and set up the new fridge. They took every care not scratch our hardwood floors, and despite a tight fit never touched a wall.
