Bought this for my husband and I to replace our Sonicare toothbrushes. I didn’t realize it’s one whole unit. We have 2 separate sinks so it doesn’t work for us. I haven’t used mine yet, but he says it’s less powerful than our old ones we were replacing.

It works well and is easy to use... It pauses in 30 second intervals so you can work on each quadrant if your mouth. Ultraviolet sanitation chamber for heads is a brilliant idea

First off, this toothbrush is the loudest I have ever owned. It works good, not sure if the different modes really make any difference. Mainly got this for the his and hers setup. It was also on sale, would not have bought otherwise. The UV light is a neat feature but ours looks like it might go out soon. If you want a neat his and hers toothbrush setup this one works! Don't expect anything mind blowing from the brush itself.
