After playing bass guitar for years I finally decided to try an electric guitar and I am very glad that I chose this one. The sound quality is great, the weight is good and it seems to be well balanced. The sunburst finish looks very nice, I would recommend this guitar for a beginner or intermediate player.

I am a novice/beginner. I don't have the knowledge necessary to understand what does what on the guitar from the switch to the tone nobs and what and how they work. I guess the neck was too tight at the beginning so the sound wasn't great. I bought it to go with the Rocksmith 2014 game/learning tool. The sound started to sound really bad so I called support at Rocksmith for help. After going through a few test, it ruled to be a guitar problem. I took it to the Guitar Center and they tuned it up and adjusted the neck so it wasn't bowed. The guitar now sounds great and is easy to tune. The additional cost was $85 so paying $47 with promotion, i ended up paying $80 for Rocksmith, $47 and $85 for the guitar which is $212 total investment or hours of lessons at my own pace. Oh, and the guitar was two weeks to get which I waited in the store for an hour or so for it to be totally cleared. I guess I have patiences. I guess it was a good deal and now enjoying the total system. I think it was worth the wait and adjustments.

It’s lasted more than a year and it still sounds good it’s worth the money for a amazing starter guitar
