    Needs a base station to work

    Got this as a sensor for my front door and found that it is unusable without a base station which is $150. Ring sensors seem much more user friendly.

    Arlo is Worse than a joke

    Nothing wrong on the Best Buy side, but Arlo is a complete joke. Terrible support, a worthless Android app, and the only cameras that are any good are the ones that are directly wired. Don't waste your money, go with a reputable company instead.

    Problems with the install

    Ordered 4 sensors, 3 were very difficult to install. I recommend going to outside Arlo sources for advice. One device did not work at all.
