Really compliments the cameras. Slaves to a camera and flashes itself when the camera sees motion. I had it up and running in less than 5 minutes. Really easy setup.

The packaging is a little bulky. It barely fit in the space available where the old traditional doorbell button was installed. That said, I'm glad they used standard batteries instead of a lithium just to make it smaller. It couldn't have been easier to install. The entire process is guided via the mobile app. Linking it to the front door camera I already had was a simple step in the process. I elected not to wire it to my chime because I purposely wanted silent notifications on my phone. It works great and if I don't respond it prompts the visitor to leave me a message. Well done, Netgear.

So far have really like this doorbell for the most part. Although half the time when pushed the camera it is sinked with does not work. It is mostly good detecting any motion.

It didnt work as well as expected. There was a 3 to 5 second delay by the time you got the notification on your phone. Also had connection issues with the arlo chime... which had a very low volume and just couldnt quite compete with Ring or Nest Hello. I had to return it and ended up with Nest Hello which also works flawlessly with Google Home and Hub.

Purchased this Arlo doorbell and it was very easy to install. I added it to my existing Arlo security system and now I am able to answer my door bell remotely with the down loaded app.

We love how this door bell is so easy to connect with our other arlo products. We also like the feature of visitors being able to leave us a voicemail if we are not home to answer the door.

Awesome device. Easy to integrate. Only thing I would improve is the audio quality on the internal speaker. Think that could be better overall. Other than that this device is great.

Was waiting on the new Arlo Video Doorbell to be released because I felt like it would have worked out better for the intended application. Because I already have two Arlo Pro 2 Cameras in operation and I found a better price while researching this item, which Best Buy priced match, I decided to give it a shot. Thus far the Arlo Doorbell has loss connection a few times from the base station and for reasons unbeknown to me, it drops the video connection when the doorbell is rung.

It was a little confusing; but once setup, it works great! When someone presses the doorbell I get chimes, Alexa noticicatio, video actication, and a call to my cellphone!

This is a great companion product for the Arlo system. No built in camera, but works perfectly with existing Arlo cameras. Notifies me in a few seconds of button being pressed.

Easy to connect to an existing ARLO system and camera. I personally could not get this to connect to the existing wireless doorbell so I ended up also purchasing the chime.

Was waiting for a doorbell and I like that it is audio only. I already have one installed on the front porch and the doorbell integrates in. I would recommend it.

Very easy to connect and set up. Very easy to use. Good movement detection .

This system works with and in my case without an existing Hard Wired Door Bell. It works just like a door bell only with a motion sensor to turn it off and on. The Motion Sensor will also alert you via the app if something goes past it. However, the sensor is not adjustable and when somebody walks past it, on the sidewalk, 50' away, it will trigger the sensor ad thus the alert on your Arlo App. The Door Bell part is great. Combined with the Arlo Camera System it can trigger a Camera, call your mobile so you can see who is there and even talk with them if you like. Works with Alexa.

The doorbell is a great add on to the Arlo system. You can sync it with a camera so you can see and hear the person.

Really like it you can see who is ringing your doorbell and see them. You can also talk to them and if your not home you will know who was there.

Wish it had a built in camera. It works well with your other Arlo cameras, but it would be great if it had its own camera since the doorbell is hardwired in. I mounted other cameras very high up to prevent someone from plucking them off their magnetic mounta and walking away w them. Could use one lower but afraid it will get stolen or tamperes w by the kids.

Easy to set up and hook up. Like how it sense movement and how it notify through my phone.

This is a DOORBELL. Everyone- including myself- just assumes this is a VIDEO doorbell, but it got me. It's a doorbell that connects to an Arlo camera (which you must have the system for). Setup was easy but many functions don't work well. The WORST part of this product is the speaker in the doorbell. You're supposed to be able to talk to someone at your door, but even at 100% the speaker is very quiet. We've missed package deliveries because the delivery person couldn't hear us screaming "LEAVE THE PACKAGE". It stinks because we're already invested in the Arlo system but we'll have to wait until the next gen option.

The motion sensing works well, and allows the paired camera to start recording. The button doesn't move much when pressed, so it can be hard to tell if you pressed it all the way. The call to your phone when the doorbell is pressed is too laggy, even when on the same network.
