    Not easy to setup. Still not sure if you need a subscription or not. Seems like you do. Was hoping to avoid that aspect.

    It worked great for 6 months. Then, it started overheating when I charged it. When it overheats, it will shut down and pause charging. Definitely will not purchase again.

    The battery died within 2 days after charging. I had the zone area and the motion set to 50% and the battery still drained. The video quality was good on 2 of the cameras but one had a pink haze.

    The cameras are fine, but they have to be charged too often to be effective. Sadly, we kissed the return date, so we’re stuck with these. But honestly, buy the solar ones instead. You’ll be happier.

    I'm still waiting for Best buy to install my solar panels for the 2 back cameras. They sent 2 wrong solar panels with my cameras & the installer took them back to the store because they were the wrong solar panels. Now my cameras in the back are dead.

    Cameras don’t work

    We bought these cameras in good faith, and when we tried to charge them up they wouldn’t charge or connect to our wi-Fi. When we tried to return them we were told we had to get store credit because it was past the 14 day deadline to get a refund. We told the clerk that they were defective and she told us they would not give us a refund only store credit. We should be able to get a refund because the product was defective. When we bought the warranty we were told we could bring it back for an exchange or refund.
