You cannot speak to a person in the store but have to try to communicate with someone in a foreign country that you can't understand. I have Arlo cameras and wanted more. Since there was totally no support I returned the cameras.

Sturdy, but poor two way sound

I've also (accidentally) dropped it a couple times. Other than a few minor nicks from that, it's in great shape. Though if you want the ability to use the two way speaker, I wouldn't use this product. The person at the camera can hardly hear me. The sound is garbled and fuzzy-making a loud white noise sound. For this reason I cannot recommend this product.

Had two that would not charge properly and customer service has been awful! Submitted case online and was closed after a month with no resolution. Was able to get a rep on the phone but was transferred three times and on the phone for over an hour. Still on hold as of this post!
