    that I need but… The communications between the camera, internet, and the app are incredibly laggy that it is almost not usable… Pretty good features and so on… If you buy the version with solar panels, beware that their solar panels are incredibly weak and probably your cameras will run out of batteries over time… Solar panels need to be bigger and more efficient. Solar panels must be enough to charge my camera to 100% every day…

    Good camera like the other essential 1080p camera. Battery seems to not last as long if in busy area. Also you need to wait for a firmware update to use it with a base station.overall decent camera.

    When I took it out of the package, I plugged it up and let it charge while I was doing other things. Setup was simple and quick with the app and QR code that was included. I installed this in my garage. Primarily because my wife has a tendency to leave the garage door open when she leaves the house and because my kids are always running in and out of there getting things, so it helps me key an eye on them. I also use it to confirm that our vehicles are started when the weather is cold out so my wife and kids don’t have to get into a cold vehicle. This model is the 2k version and I cant really tell a dramatic difference in picture quality between this one and my late model Ultra. The app is very intuitive and gives you all of the necessary information at the palm of your hand. If you subscribe to the Arlo Secure service, you can store your videos for up to 30 days as well. With the service you can also I like that it works with Alexa, but it also works with Google. There is no Apple Homekit support that I was able to find, but since I have a mix of both, I’m covered. Arlo offers three different levels of Arlo Secure and what I really like about the service is that you can add an unlimited amount of cameras for the same monthly or annual price. I remember when you used to have to pay for each additional camera and it got to be pricey. This is a welcome benefit to their service. Overall, i really like the camera and the brand so I definitely recommend it.

    This is my second set of cameras from Arlo. Although quality of video improved, the need for subscription makes them useless without it. Also, the connection to the web without does not seem as strong without it requiring a base.

    These cameras are crap. I bought a 4-pack 1 year ago, and they worked fine for about 4 months.. then I've had nothing but problems. They're constantly going "offline" and the battery dies after a week now. I'm upset I was talked into buying these versus the other big brands that cost just a little more but hopefully have better quality, last longer, and better customer support. I've wasted so much time and effort on these cameras.

    the camera features and video quality are very good. they do not work without a paid monthly subscription of more than ten dollars per month. I'd recommend an older model that still supports the free plan with slightly less video quality.

    Purchases the pack from another vendor. Camera worked great. Solar panel never charges the camera. One camera after the battery used ip not able to recharge with solar oanel or usb. Second camera was able to recharge via usb not solar never worked. Buy another model with better reviews. This ine didn't work for me

    This system SUCKS !! Compared with the first generation of cameras, these are simply BAD. The video quality is OK, however, they do not detect movement sometimes, even when cars pull right up in front of my home...making them WORTHLESS. Yes you must charge them periodically, but THEY DO NOT WARN ME OF MOVEMENT like the first generation of cameras did. I would NOT RECOMMEND these to anyone.
