We returned it to the store 3 weeks later (as we were out of town), but was told that they could not accept the return since it was over 14 days; we needed to pursue a replacement with Arlo directly. Only 1/2 cameras worked, so the sum total is 50%: average.

The old app/interface was also very easy to use. NB This is different from the similar but newer "Arlo Indoor 2K", which was glitchy and also forced an app upgrade (upgraded app very bad), so I gave it a bad review.
