    Solid product. These were purchased as additional cameras supplementing the originals which lasted through the Texas summer of 2020 and the Freeze.of 2021. Can't beat them, in my opinion.

    Batterie doesn’t last long, you have to unplug the cameras every 5 days to charge them. Make sure not to install them at a decent height.

    these cameras are great after setting them up after buying them i decided to buy the solar panels so i would not have to take them down when they would need charging it 's a great setup know worries.

    I tried a few different security cameras and this was by far the best. I like the app and how they offer 90 free subscription. Then it’s only 3 dollars a month to keep using the service.

    Just what was needed for our operation, outside monitoring. they do not like the minus temps but otherwise they are very good

    Absolute junk. Always have to reset the device. Buy a blink. It actually works to cover outside security. Blink is also cheeper and works! Customer support offers no help. Just random troublshoot that anyone with a electronics mind would have already done...... Aka set sensitivity to 100% reset camera. When covering vehicle damage resetting cameras is unacceptable. Again buy a blink. The UI may not be as good. But blink just works. Will replace for more blink cameras as there cheeper.

    Other than a Ring Doorbell camera, this is my first experience with security cameras. Everything seems to work as expected. No complaints. Fun to see how much wildlife moves around my yard late at night

    WiFi constantly cutting in and out, have to disconnect and reconnect cameras to get to work again. The qaulity is good but too much hassle for the price and Best Buy customer service was even worse.

    Great camera! This camera is perfect for what it does. It gives you all the benefits of having an Arlo camera (battery powered, great app, reliable smart alerts, etc) without needing a base station.

    We had one Essential that we thought was great. Two of these three will NOT hold a charge. We will be returning them to exchange for some that will hopefully hold a charge.

    Phenomenal system, the camera work great. I love the spotlight feature, battery life is amazing and also the notifications to my phone right away is great. I wouldn’t recommend any other camera

    Picture quality is a little grainy compared to the 2K we purchased a year earlier. It functions and at the discounted price was a good value if you just need a camera at close range.

    Working fine for out home. We bought the wired Version of the same 2 times but I t never switched on. WiFi version is just fine

    Had frequent connectivity issues even though I have mesh wifi. Lacked reliability so we returned it. There are better options out there.

      The Arlo Essential Cameras are only compatible with 2.4 GHz networks. With mesh networks, there may be issues as connection can go back and forth between 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz. Alternatively, you are able to use the Arlo Smart Hub to prevent any issues.
