    I live these cameras. My only negate feedback is I didn’t know that you got a limited trial of cloud storage. I thought it was free so now we have to pay $10 or $14 a month for cloud storage so we can see our recordings.

    Bought these for home security from a good review from a friend , so far we are very impressed and highly recommend these cameras . Solid view and picture quality is top notch . I’d buy these is a flash .

    Installation was very easy. Do not believe sales people when they tell you these are the same as googles comp. googles is terrible and never worked properly. Arlo is way better.

    2 Out of 3 cameras worked, the last one wouldn't activate, or if it did, it would disconnect right away, so took them all back to buy just one, and that one said the wifi signal was too weak, but the one in the 3 pack said it was strong and was working fine in the same location. Buggy connection issues

    We got 4 new cameras to feel safe at home and they work great with good quality. We also have the doorbell we’ve had for a while and have loved it as well!! Really happy with Arlo as well CS being helpful if needed to call in.

    My third Arlo camera and I will purchase more. Battery is long life. Video is crisp and clear. Have had other brands and wasn’t impressed. My outdoor camera is under a patio roof.

    Wish I could give it a "0". Useless, after a few months, it would give notification of motion but wouldn't record. Then it decided it didn't want to sync with the base hub anymore. Geek Squad was just here, couldn't get it to sync either. I'm beat. And, no customer service. Look through all the articles online and see if they help. Spoiler alert, THEY DON'T. Going to try something else.

    This camera was being added to an older Arlo system but connected without any issues. Got the camera mounted, set the field and off and running. Less than 30 mins, probably less than 15.

    These little cameras are great! We get good quality video and can set up the alert notifications so that we only get notifications we want/need. It was pretty simple to set up as well. Batteries seem to last pretty long too which is great!

    Badly Needs Firmware Update

    Once you've got them on your network and paired, they are pretty darn good. I set these ip for a relative, but i had to jump through dome hoops to do so. 1. I bought two of them and they BOTH refused to connect to any network i tried and i tried 3 different WiFi networks. All three were 2.4 ghz as instructed. WiFi 5 or 6, it didn't matter. 2. I finally got them to connect, but only after I updated the firmware. Something I was only able to do that because I already happened to have an Arlo pro 3 Base that I use in my personal setup. I synced these to the Arlo Pro 3 base instead of a WiFi network (which was easy and pain free) and then updated the firmware. Once the firmware waa updated, i disconnected them from my Arlo setup and configured them with the Arlo app on my relatives account and on her WiFi. After the firmware update, they've been as perfect as I expect Arlo products to be. Hopefully, Arlo gets the next lots out with this firmware update already installed.

    I gave it a 2 stars because cameras have very good night vision .they capture everything I only took them back because they had to be charged at least 2 to 3 times per day which is a hassle.I even turned the sensitivity down and that didn't help.

    Set up took about 20 minutes total for 9 cameras. The system is pretty intuitive and I love how easily it is to customize alerts, motion zones and geofencing. Low light function also works really well!

    The cameras are by far the worst I have bought. First of all I installed them. Since they come with a smarthub you connect them directly to the router. The wifi range is poor and very unstable. At times of the day there was no connection at all for hours. But the worst is it comes with a 3 month free subscription but after that you have to pay either 9.99 or 14.99 for continuing to watch and save into cloud. It is a misleading on the package in the wording not outlining that. Especially because the old Arlo Pros and Pro 2 came with free 7 day recording into cloud and free to watch everything higher was for a fee. But this product is useless. I switched to Eufy and believe it or not they are not so much better but also a lot more faster in showing you the picture and no monthly fees. Better get that deal
