The only complaint I have about this one is the inconsistency in the battery reading. I fully charged it and shortly after it gave me a reading of 70%. It has been at 70% now for more than a month, so I think the battery is fine, but the reading it shows is off.

I love the product

If you don't get a skin for a camera that is exposed to the elements it may get water in them. I would buy again.

And best wouldn't exchange or give my money back they don't do good business. You shouldn't put a time frame on when you have to return item .

The WIFI works better on my Arlo pro 2 models. I wish it had the removable battery so I could just switch out so really disappointed with some of the features.
