The downside I have to them is you have to pay a monthly fees after 3 free months. I would say, it was my mistake that I didn’t read the box and found out too late to return it. Cameras detect everything like leaves moving and that drains the battery really quickly.

Now, that I’ve had it about 6 months, I am about to have the second of four cameras replaced. The replacement I received did not have the same battery life as the original. Also, several reports of the color being distorted.
