Just after installing it we went away for the week and an assessor showed up to our property . He was able to have a full conversation with him about the assessors needs . He was very impressed with the clarity .

Arlo Poor recordings

Plus sometimes one camera will record a scene and the other won’t even tho they both are facing the same direction! I would not buy any more Arlo cameras.

Nice camera does not turn or set

The only thing that annoyed us was the fact that all photos show cameras can turn and be set installed on the wall but they actually do not.

Initially the battery lasted about a month or so but then the battery life dropped significantly and I found myself having to recharge more often and even reducing the settings so that it only records a snapshot instead of video to help save battery. Ultimately this was not an ideal situation and totally defeated the purpose of buying cameras for me. I also think the heat negatively affected them, they started to glitch after some pretty hot days. I do have a cam inside the house that only records at night and that’s been great, but only because it’s hardly ever triggered. I really wanted to enjoy these cameras because I owned them back in the day and had really positive experiences with them, but unfortunately I had to switch to Ring cameras with the solar panels and it’s been an incredibly seamless transition so far.
