    We bought these to add to the three we already owned. These were easy to add to our other cameras. The camera images are very clear and cover a large area.

    I have been having a hard time hooking it up to my Arlo app !so i will have to contact Arlo customer Service

    Nice clear pics. Best battery ever. Its used at a commercial property and i can see and monitor all vehicles and people coming into property.

    I really regret this purchase. It’s not able to do what I bought it to do unless I pay for an expensive monthly plan. Nowhere in the advertising or packaging did it say that the cameras cannot record unless you buy a monthly plan. My previous Arlo cameras were able to record without a paid plan. Arlo deliberately removed the recording ability and moved it behind a paywall, while secretly hiding what it did! Well, now I know what Arlo thinks of its customers. Next time I will buy another brand.

    Don’t waste your money.

    The picture quality of this camera is great. But don’t waste your money cause it lags a lot. Plus the battery says it can run on one charge for a year; didn’t believe that. But expected it to last at least a month or two but it barely lasted 2 weeks. Wish I could return it but companies don’t give you. Big window on returns anymore. Also you can set certain zones that the camera is supposed to view but it still sends me notifications on stuff outside of the set zones.

    After having purchased and used the essential outdoor cam for a week I was pleased &purchased a second one. Unfortunately I returned the second as I never was able to get it setup & working. Now, 3 wks in on the original camera, I am frustrated & disappointed. Despite numerous trouble shooting efforts the camera no longer send feeds & alerts. I will not subscribe after the trial subscription ends.
