The installation process was very easy. I would highly recommend if you don’t want to have pay high fees for security services

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very straight forward install I have installed this on my house doors and on a shed door very far away from the hub and it’s working great at least 50 feet away or more it lets me know when it opens and closes also other features as well.I have tested the alarm system and they called me within 1 minute when they thought I had an intruder so I think that was great so far I have cameras and this system and so far I am liking them yes the monitoring is kinda up there but I do feel safe with this system and everything is push notification to my iPhone and connected to my Alexa I say do your research but I really don’t think you can go wrong with arlo!!!!

It was easy for the Best Buy guy to install and set-up. And it has been easy to use. Next I invest in some outside cameras.

Bought it a couple of weeks ago and after an initial hiccup with the installation that required me to add and remove the sensors multiple times, it has been working fine. The app has plenty of cool features but it could be overwhelming and hence could use a better or simpler interface.

I mainly needed something i can use off the grid in my RV. The base pack had great features but little expensive too. Biggest issue was it didn't come with backup battery pack which was what i really needed.

Owned for 7 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I still don't know how to feel about this item, the sensors work pretty well, there’s very few false positives, but without the ability to buy window sensors (for those of us with vertical hung windows) it’s in a weird value proposition. Also, why is the keypad sensor on the bottom? What about us who would like to mount this on a wall? The device subscription works pretty well, any time we’ve had an alarm go off (so far always from our own hand, accidentally) the call center is courteous and prompt. For those who aren’t already invested in the Arlo ecosystem I would look elsewhere but for those who already have Arlo cameras this is worth picking up as the subscription for the call center monitoring also includes an unlimited number of cameras, so instead of paying $14.99 a month as I already was, I’m paying $24.99 for the whole suite.

When it comes to the sensors, the multi use of each one is great. From windows, to doors, to light, to alarms... Each one is great. A must have for everyone who wants security in their home. Right alongside with my Arlo cameras and subscriptions, I'm all in.
