I dealt with customer support for 4 days trying to make it work. I have Fiber internet and my router runs the Arlo 4K Cameras with ease. I really wanted to make this work but could not. Arlo told me to return it.

We were unable to reach anyone by phone in Arlo's tech support. We were able to chat with folks that said that they were techs, but we are very skeptical about this. In the end we returned the Arlo system. We bought another system and installation was a snap.

Very terrible and finnicky device.

It worked at first right out of the box and was happy, but then few weeks later. it started giving me issues and my arlo app couldn't remove the device. went to customer support and they didn't help much now i see why a lot people complain about their support services. It's abysmal. I finally was able to remove the device from my app after spending over 3+ hours to finally get it to somehow remove from my app. I tried to add the device back into the network and wasn't connecting properly where the security pad makes a noise and says its connected but my app says the connection failed. Ive literally done this maybe over 20 times to get it to work and no success. I'm really disappointed with this device, I have other arlo cameras pro 4's and so far those cameras are solid and gave me no problems. Just upset I wasted 200 bucks for this device thinking this would be the ultimate package deal to secure the house. All it took for this device to start giving issues was when my cousin came over and disconnected it just to check the wiring in the house and poof, it went downhill after that. I'll most likely will start switching over to RING products after this. Can't afford to waste anymore money on Arlos products if they break so easily.
