    Definitely helps with adjusting the camera. Full 90 deg angle helps in tight corners.

    Don't get me wrong, these mounts do hold the Arlo Pro series cameras fairly securely once finally set up and aimed. l do swap batteries, instead of bringing cameras in for recharge, to avoid possibly having to re aim. That is the one feature I dislike. The way the gimbal and lock-down mechanism is designed can make aiming a major pain, but it is doable and there is a primal satisfaction in eventually overcoming and tasting sweet success. Then again, it does work and my wife says I am lazy.
