    Bracket was fine but the plastic screw on, lock washer was not included. If you have been to the arlo site, very difficult to find a place to contact customer service.

    You need to upgrade to these mounts for the camera in order to secure them in place. The magnetic ones do not hold positions as well as these fixed ones.
