We have a total of 5 Arlo cameras around our house. We like them to be hassle-free, they are installed in 5minutes! Arlo just announced the New Arlo cameras that now have Sound. This is a Major improvement, but we go with the soundless Arlo for a while. They are not cheap so switching 5 cameras would top out at around 700 Dollars. If we wouldn't own 5 regular Arlo, I would prefer going with the new Arlo. They still need to improve their app, it's kind of a mess to update your schedules.

we wanted a security systems that we wouldn't have to hook up so we go the arlo but after 3 months the batteries went down and when we went to buy replacements wow were we shocked on how expensive they were. i will say though that the picture quality is great as well as the play back but if you are into buying batteries every 3 to 6 months then this would be the system for you.

The arlo add on camera's are easy to pair. They are pricey per camera. It works well. Would recommend if you need more for your system.

The camera itself has good video quality and reliability, but it requires replacement batteries on a regular basis.

I started with box set of four and added one more. They work great, very clear video and very user friendly. I am very happy with this product.

I've had an ARLO system for about a year. I bought an additional camera and was able to connect it to the existing system in about 3 minutes. I use these cameras outside to see what's going on in the yard while I'm at work and traveling!

It does not record onsite. It's easy to download the videos to your computer or phone, but if your internet connection is down when motion is detected, your probably going to miss the action. And you'll probably be surprised how often you're connection drops for a minute or so over the course of a day. Battery life has been good, video quality is good, and range has been fantastic. Just understand that it's only going to be as reliable as your internet connection.

I am completely satisfied with my 5 Arlo cameras. They get the job done. I have had them for 2 months and baterries are still going strong.

The only REAL wireless security system on the market. It is very easy to install, has great video quality and is truely wireless.

One reason I bought this was for the ease in setting up. And it is very easy with no wires running everywhere. I can move the one I have indoors wherever and whenever I need to very easily. The one outdoors does a great job as well. The settings are easy and there is an email when the batteries are about to die. One thing it doesn't do is record through a window. But other than that, I highly recommend this camera.

Wifi dependent, but what I love about this camera is the instant mobility. No wires, don't have to find a socket. Works indoors and outdoors. Magnetic mount or thread on a tripod mount. Keep some extra batteries, but worth it.

I have had these cameras for a year. They have great functionality but they are slow to start recording. Many times the camera is triggered by motion but whatever triggered it to record is already gone. All i get is empty video. However, it is great to see deer eating my landscaping and ups dropping packages. Night vision is really cool. My contractor and workmen used to stand in front of the cameras and wave at me during the day.

I bought this to add to the set of four that I already own. The free account allows up to five cameras so I wanted to take full advantage.

Have 4 of these installed outside around the house. Good battery life through all seasons. Netgear does a great job with their software, very customizable. Installed for over a year, never an issue.

So far I love the Arlo security system I bought at Best Buy. I was spendng over $480/yr with a security company for monitoring fees and it didn't include video coverage. Arlo allows me constant, on-demand video surveillance and I can add cameras as I go. They are super easy to install and set up; haven't had any problems. The few questions I did have the Geek Squad answered right away for me.

This was an additional camera. I initially bought a one camera system. Buy a system with the cameras you think you might need. It will save you some money. This is a very good system for a residence or small business.

Wish the motion detector had a longer range. Just catches the end of people walking up to my door and hard to get a good look of faces. Good wide angle. Simple to use.

This was my final camera for the cloud. I love my Arlo system. I wish you could have 2 systems by buying two base units. The overall performance is Outstanding.
