While this product seems pricy, in comparison, it is cost effective and user friendly. I completely trust and use the product for my small business.

Bought this as an add on... You can add up to 5 camera's to 1 base. Love this product. Just wished the night vision was a little brighter.

Good: - Software setup and ease of use - App integration, stability and ease of use - Arlo camera battery life (my cameras all have ~ 3 months and are still > 75% during Portland, OR spring - summer), but keep in mind extreme heat and/or cold will reduce this. - Camera clarity - Camera installation is very easy, and robust - Camera(s) would probably be OK as a nanny cam The Bad: - motion sensitivity causes cameras to trigger if the leaves on the trees move (tried multiple sensitivity settings). The incessant false alarms make you start to ignore the "motion detected" warnings. - Recording delay makes product useless as a security device. The UPS delivery man/woman can walk down my driveway, down my front walk way, drop the package off on my doorstep turn around and walk away (this is now ~ 75 ft), and THEN the camera picks up the back of his/her head! Multiple attempts to adjust the motion sensitivity have not made things better. Most of the honest reviews online will make identical statements. As a long time Netgear fan, I thought the bad reviews just "had" to be due to user error, but now I know they were accurate. I will be petitioning Netgear for a full refund of my Arlo cameras and base station, since the device is USELESS as a "Security" camera, Overall, my tech level is high, so I am not a n00b as setting up such things.

This camera is best indoors you wil not be disappointed with it inside the home.

Arlo is a great camera system that does not need any wiring, I am very happy with the cameras and the quality and clarity of the video.

its a great price and the free 7 days of recording is a great bonus. If you buy the nest or other ones you are stuck with a monthly bill.

Is great when needs to be in a place with no power but because of that there is a lag before recording starts

Arlo is a great motion security camera that can be moved around easily depending on where you want it to be used at the time.

These cameras work really good, even in the bad weather elements in texas. They are cheaper than having a cmonitring service.
