    Not worth money. Received three defective products

    I wanted these to work yet after months of exchanges, contacting support, attempting to activate etc I am returning. The first set had a defective light...returned. The second set come with a bridge that would not work. Called Netgear and another sent. The replacement worked yet only one light worked yet again. Called Netgear and explained that light would not even illuminate or pair and they insisted on sending another bridge. This bride (fourth) worked but the light again did not. The resulted in another call (again long wait times and multiple transfers to different departments as no one seemed very familiar with the lights). After about an hour on the phone it was decided that they would send a replacement light. This replacement light did illuminate yet would not pair (the original light did from the first store return, but not replacement). I spent hours resetting the bridge, my router, trying different locations in the house, removing and reinstalling bridge, etc, etc. and the replacement light will not pair. I have had the system for months and it has not even been useful. I have spend hours on the phone and attempting to install. Yes one light works but I have not enjoyed the benefits of what I paid for..that is a fully functioning product. I am returning. As a side note I do like my cameras and they are functioning properly. I would NOT recommend the lights until the bugs are worked out and customer support is more familiar and able to assist

    Arlo used to be perfect, since some time ago I have been having issues with the cams, one of them stop detecting movement, it does but no continuously, the new software/update made the cam drains the battery in seconds. Yesterday I tried to install the security light and bridge. It took me some time to have the bridge working, but the light not at all. I have tried many times but I have never gotten it installed, it is now in app list of devices but it does no respond to commands or directions, it is like it never gets installed completely. Please fix all these issues because the competitors are getting better and offering interesting options and all the name in quality and service you have built can be lost.

    I bought 4 of these to complement my 9 camera Arlo security setup. None of the bridges I got (they had a special on the one hub one camera kit) would connect to my Orbi route5r (a netgear product no less) Support was atrocious, I called Arlo and was told to call Netgear on a separate number that it was an Orbi problem. When I called Netgear I was told it was an arlo problem. Was promised a call back from a supervisor at Arlo and never received it. I love my Arlo camera setup but their customer support is terrible and this camera simply does not work with their own router.

    I was excited to add these lights to my security system but that all changed once I brought them home. The bridge was unable to connect to my WiFi even after all the necessary changes were made. It’s absolutely ridiculous to spend 2 hrs trying to set the lights up. Why can’t the lights just connect to the hub for my cameras? I’ll be returning this lights today. Pretty disappointed with this product.

    I had been looking forward so much to buy these lights as an addition to my Arlo Pro camera system. But the darn things don't work! It comes with a bridge that you have to set up, and that's as far that I got in the process. I just keep getting "cannot connect" error messages over and over. I Googled it and it's a very common thing with these lights. They look awesome but if I could only get them to work....

    I bought this Arlo Security Light to augment my existing Arlo Pro Camera/Secuity System. It turns out this camera WILL NOT WORK with Arlo Pro cameras unless you purchase seperatly, or as a bundle, the Arlo Bridge. And even then, the security lights and bridge do not connect directly to the Arlo Base station, but rather through the internet. This means I need to spend an extra $60 to get the light to work.

    Waste of time trying to get bridge to connect, reset about 6x, still no go. bought this 2 light/3 battery set for $99 new on sale @ BB, so hard to pass up on, batteries are $49ea. , taking back for swap out hopefully new one works. Worth the $99 for 3 batteries and 2 pro mounts

    As was said in Animal House.........ZERO point ZERO ZERO. Conflicting explanations for setup, bridges, WiFi distances, multiple bridge setup in a bigger house, and with setup with confirmation of connectivity and sensitivity........does not trigger and goes offline. Can no longer climb on ladders to resync bridges and lights. So VERY disappointed.

    Although these lights integrate well into the Arlo camera systems, the light output is poor at best. I have some "Overseas" LED lights that are much brighter and activate much quicker than the Arlo lights. Had to be returned. Not recommended.

    Poor motion detection and very little light. This a very expensive nightlight. Motion detection not anywhere near as accurate as my Arlo Pro camera. I bought as an add on to my Arlo Pro camera system. I gave it one star as it is a great idea but does not work as advertised.

    I am shocked that they are selling security cameras with an output 400 lumens that is so weak. That is a weak 40 watt bulb. This kit is basically is a battery powered night light. People must have money to burn. Logitech loves you guys.

    Before i buy .. i see in YouTube for set up look easy, but when i set up it keep me crazy spend time , i try 10 time and other day but not working with Arlo Bridge..

    On a full charge I expected a few months at least received only about 2 weeks. Lights ARE NOT bright. They also don’t turn on when used with smart home technologies. They were later returned and I instantly ordered the Ring Smart Home Lights

    Arlo didn't drop the ball, they plum forgot the ball. I have the cameras and they perform great but these lights are an embarrassment. Inconsistent, unreliable and over priced. I think its time to upgrade to RING.

    First off... The fact you need to run another bridge in conjunction to your Arlo camera bridge is absolutely crazy !
