They keep the cameras charged at all times. This solar panel is a lot slimmer and thinner that the one it replaced. It works great.

Camera batteries stay charged

We have 6 cameras, some get a lot of light others only a few hours a day, but we have no issue with the camera batteries staying charged.

Power cord too short

I had to move the camera higher to the roof to be able to place the solar panel on the roof. I tried placing the solar panel on the facia but it wasn’t getting enough sunlight to charge the camera. I don’t believe they make a cord extension. Now it fully charges camera by mid day and I don’t have to worry about charging the battery my self.
