It worked well for 22 months and quit without warning. Checked all the usual things, including output voltage, but it's dead. Because this camera is mounted to a 3d floor roof, the solar panel was very handy. That said, at $79 each, I hesitate to replace it every 22 months.

When I contact support they say no refunds and only 30 day guarantee. Horrible customer service and products. Don't get scammed by this company!!!!

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently purchased the Arlo Pro 3 Floodlight camera and noticed how quickly the battery drains so I decided to purchase this panel to help with the battery drainage. I am highly disappointed in this device, overall the battery lasts no more than 3.5 days with the panel, which is 1.5 more without it, mind you we adjusted the settings much lower too to get more battery life. I’m sure if it was sunny day and night, the battery would last much longer however that’s not the case. Very disappointed, will be returning.

Posted .HI BrendaO, Thank you for the feedback. This issue sounds like you might be having too much traffic or movement causing the Pro 3 Floodlight to drain much faster than expected. Average use assumes that you are using Optimized or Best Battery Life video settings and that your cameras record for approximately five minutes per day.
