Not for Michigan winters

The emergency function is nice in case there’s an emergency. But two out of the three cameras I got will no longer connect to my phone. It’s as if the WiFi card in the cameras got messed up somehow due to cold.

Security Bundle incompatible with accessories

My intent was to mount with the floodlights and these are not compatible. This should be made clear. Now I have to return at the store which defeats my whole purpose of shopping online. Cameras themselves are awesome, but bad product from Best Buy.

She's able to use the app daily. Motion detection means she doesn't have to pour through 24 hours of footage either, so it's a really efficient little camera. The only thing I would say, is that it's pretty hard to download the videos you want to save. This feature seems hidden.

Dealt with Arlo with minimal response. I sent the a video to prove it. They recommended that I take out the battery and restart the whole process and move the camera to another location. Nothing helped. When I told them to replace the camera I get no response back. The camera is brand new. I wish Best Buy would help by replacing the camera. Help!

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great battery life. 1 out of the 4 i bought was DOA, Good Picture way to many notifications and you can choose not to have the camera not get excited about animals people or motion ie a cat in the office if you dont want to know about 100 times a night. which is great but arlo doesnt care about your wishes and still notifies you 100 times about the cat rolling around on the floor playing

Posted .HI Disappointed, There should more than likely be an option to enable your 2.4GHz band to connect directly to your Arlo Pro 4 camera. Not thrilled

Great system but can’t handle cold
