Great Camera - just one problem

The mounting piece is an “Inny” instead of an “outie” like the older ones are so I had to remove and replace the mount in order to mount this new camera outside. Wonder why they didn’t stay consistent?

These Pro 4 cameras will not record unless you buy ARLO’s service plan. Of course, that is not stated on any of the advertisements. I will be returning this system and will never purchase another ARLO item .

After some time it started forcing to signup for cloud space and Started annoying with the Motion detect notification for every couple of second. Even at the night it started bothering too much. Hence it happened for me to disconnect all the cameras and throw it in the garage. Since i am not able to return don't know what to do. Have to loose the peace of mind and money on this stupid product. Please don't waste money on this rather ADT looks much better with monthly plans. Forced to give one rating

Horrible. Don’t buyer products

My old Arlo WiFi package worked great. No subscription. No problem. They go figured out how to basically make those inoperable and you have to now get a subscription. Crooked and awful company. Run.
