Great color, good audio. Only complaint is delay in trigging camera to record.

Excelent quality good night vision easy installation

The pro4 cameras were easy to set up and synch with my existing Arlo system. However while the attached wall mount would make the mounting very secure be aware that the wall mount is NOT removable so the option to use other mouths is not possible unless one buys new camera housing which allows for other ways to mount this. Had I been aware of this I may not have purchased this set but the price which includes an extra battery and a dual charger was attractive. Alternate housing to allow for different mounting can be considered if the wall mounts are not desirable.

Compared to the Ring equivalent.. This system is awesome. It's even worth the subscription. The solar panels keep it up and running all the time. I live in WIsconsin, lots of snow... and even then... sometimes when windchill was crazy low temp.. yeah, just like anything.. it can't survive.. lol .. but outside of that, I've had absolutely ZERO issues whatsoever. Kudos to you Arlo (and of course the best buy geek squad crew that are always awesome)

Great picture on cameras but the batteries crapped out after 2 weeks. Said they should last 6 months! Loved the cameras and video but bad batteries!

Easy to install, clear view during the daytime and night time, charge time was estimated correctly

Camera Quality is you get what paid for. It still working after years of owning it. However it does freeze and stops working under below freezing weather.

Added these to a preexisting older system with the base station and absolutely love these upgrades. The light works flawlessly the camera has great quality video and excellent tracking capability. The light makes things easy to see on the recordings and adds a sense of security not established without the light. Great product and easy to setup.

Very pleased with cameras. Clear pictures. Easy to install and user friendly.

Seems to be good quality is it is. Waiting to see how long the batteries will last or if I need to buy backup batteries also very easy to install.

These things have good quality video and audio but don’t stay charged long and are hard to reconnect .

The product performs well. However, the required "camera security key" can be a nuisance if you lose it. Now you have to go direct to Arlo Customer Support to get a replacement key. Bad design

The cameras are okay. Better than the Canary I used to have for sure. I am happy with the video quality, and I'm actually very happy with the battery life. I do have the floodlight features turned off to conserve battery life, but it's been a few weeks and we're still well above 50%. My three stars are primarily driven by the support I've received from Arlo. I've had a support case open for well over a month now and they do not seem to be in any hurry to resolve the problem. Generally I can expect it to sit indefinitely unless I ask for an update. Not impressed at all with the quality of support I'm getting.

Easy set up, long battery life, good quality videos!

Camera quality is good, the battery life is lackluster.

These are excellent cameras. It even picked up my neighbor’s cat walking through our yard. They were easy to install and adds a layer of security to our home.

Great camera so far. I didnt know this version recorded sound also which caused my camera to keep going off every 3 minutes. Killed my battery in a single day. Turned off that feature and its been great so far.
