    I kept getting notifications when ANYTHING was in my backyard… dogs, chickens, squirrels and birds. Needless to say my battery didn’t last a week. I’m not interested in climbing a ladder once a week to change and charge a battery. So this item is going back. I called tech support to see how to reduce the notifications, but he said they technicians are working on that issue. It’s a shame because I have the doorbell and spotlight cam and they seem to be ok on battery life. Video quality was good!

    Picture quality is absolutely amazing. The only complaint is it is not easy to share the account with another member of the household. Also the video stops sometimes while movement of a person or animal is still going on.

    The installation is super easy! However, there’s two big cons.. 1. if your wifi is unstable the cameras will constantly go offline. 2. the battery drains quickly.

    This is my second Arlo system, and was purchased to cover another location. The new wireless cameras have excellent definition even in low light and were very easy to setup and add to my existing Arlo account. The ability to block out certain motion areas of the camera is a great new feature. It really helps to avoid false alerts due to windy conditions.

    What a great product. It was easy to install and easy to set up. We suspected that someone was stealing from my business. So I set up the alerts to my phone and one night I got an alert then called the police. The video allowed them to make an arrest that night. Thanks Arlo,

    At first I had some consistent disconnecting issues but they have seemed to fix themselves. There is a monthly subscription but only other problem I have with them is they DO NOT work with magnet mounts.

    These cameras are much better than the original Arlo cameras I relaced. The original cameras did not have rechargeable batteries, thus costing me a alot to maintain. These newer cameras are more sensitive and have sharper image, 2k.

    Great camera, great app, great video quality. I’m a Arlo fan now. My complaint is 2k video looks 1080p and the Smart Hub not in stock. Forcing the consumer to pay the subscription. Other than that i’m satisfied

    Having enjoyed my five (5) Arlo Pro-2 cameras, installed more than 3 years ago, I decided to install security cameras on a 2nd property. 3 of the newer model, Arlo Pro-4 Spotlight cameras was easily installed and linked to an EERO Mesh Wi-Fi network and to Amazon - Echo Show 8 (2nd Gen) Smart Displays, now shoving great quality videos from the cameras. A very nice "Smart Home" combination.

    The updated mouting hardware and removable batteries are great upgrades. The old hardware and charging method made for a cumbersome recharging process, not to mention loosening the mounts every time you recharged. Video quality is much better as well.

    THE INSTALLER BOUGHT THE SECURITY CAMERA AND INSTALL IT AFTER CHARGING BATTERY. SECURITY CAMERA BATTERY DID NOT LAST LONG. 2 WEEKS AFTER INSTALL RAN OUT OF JUICE, SECURITY CAMERA NUMBER 1. NOT HAPPY.

    The camera is good, good definition. The app is not the best, and it’s not stable in the google home. I wish the battery would last longer too.

    I did a lot of research and I had decided to go with the Arlo Brand. Then I got lucky enough to find this Security Bundle at Best Buy. By purchasing this Bundle, I have 3 cameras strategically placed for optimum coverage, with a battery charger and a spare battery, for the price of 1 or 2 cameras made by other manufacturers. I have to say that I am extremely pleased with my purchase.

    The Arlo Pro 4 three kit was a breeze to get installed and set up. Even a non- Pro like myself was able to get it done in about a half hour. Definitely gonna add more Arlo devices to our new security system.

    It only works like it should if your paying for subscription. If you use your local drive you'll get notifications but takes for ever to upload or open the file . If your notify you click on the video by the time it loads person is gone or it says error. Now with subscription no issues.
