Overall great system and price. Downside is the security locks. It doesn't come with regular covers so you must use the security locks. You can order the the covers though.

These camera are great. Not only do it give security, it give great peace of mind.

These are easy to install and operate. So far I like having them at my home.

I was very pleased with my purchase of this specially packaged for Best Buy set of Arlo Pro 4 cameras and battery charger. This was a very cost effective way to upgrade my dated cameras. As it turned out, I was able to use the older cameras to add surveillance capability in previously unprotected spots on the sides of my home. I highly recommend this Arlo bundle from Best Buy.

Having to change the batteries every week is a downer but overall a cost effective solution

They are great if you have good internet connection and the solar panel connected. We dont have the best internet so its spotty. Other than that pretty great when its working and has battery.

I do like the pro four cameras because I already own some but as for this purchase, I ended up returning an exchanging for the ultra twos which are the 4K … and boy those do make a difference!

System works great and was very easy to hook up. The picture clarity is great. You will not be disappointed with this system and the battery last

Arlo was our choice because it was our friend's recommendation. We haven't tried any cameras by any other brands yet so we cannot compare it. I had to return first set because the battery of one camera didn't hold charge. The second set has the same issue. I charged the batteries before I installed the cameras. 11 days later one camera still has 59% charge left, the other one is already on charger. Thus minus 1 star. Our street is not busy. I am considering another return or purchase of extra battery. Other than that I find it pretty cool. We see deliveries and know what our dog is doing when we are not home and what creatures visit our patio and porch at night while we are asleep :) The installation is really easy, too. Thank you, Best Buy for your Customer Service!

I lije my arlo camera system and its working great. Best buys customer service was also outstanding.

Good quality on the recording. However battery life runs a bit short.

Easy to use, very good video at 2K with sound. Battery appears to be lasting at least a few months now from first charge. Monthly subscription now required at $10 a month

Decent camera, but dont change your home network settings. I installed a new WIFI system in my house, and to get the cameras to reconnect, I had to delete each camera and reinstall. Very frustrating!

Camera system is good. I know quality depends on wifi but even then the system has a 30 second delay. SOOOO id be dead by then. Battery sucks even with low activity.
